At Your Own Pace – Walking Group

in Grief and Bereavement Programs

THIS EVENT IS POSTPONED

AT YOUR OWN PACE is a bereavement walking group for adults who have experienced the death of a loved one. A walk where you can share your story or walk in silence. Ideal for people who navigate grief through action and reflection.

April 15 – June 24

Wednesdays ~ 930 am – 1030 am
