This workshop is designed for individuals living with a life limiting illness and will support participants in reducing stress and increasing overall sense of well being.
Explore mindfulness practices in supportive positions to experience deep relaxation. Participants are welcome to bring a companion and adaptations can be made for all physical abilities.
Tuesdays (Starting August 13th) at 10:30 am in our NEW Cooper Community Resource Centre
60 minute sessions facilitated by a Wellness Practitioner and Hospice Volunteers.
