KAMLOOPS — This week is National Hospice Palliative Care Week, and the Kamloops Hospice Association is working out a way to hold an annual fundraiser virtually.

The Hospice Association was planning to host its annual Evening to Remember fundraiser at the Coast Hotel this Saturday (May 9).

It’s the single largest fundraiser for the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Memorial Hospice Home and was set to raise $170,000.  While people are no longer able to buy tickets for large gatherings, the Hospice Association is hoping people will donate instead.
